Tranxon wanted to show the cost of the booking instantly after gathering various inputs from their customer like item details, quantity, weigth, size, pickup & destination locations.
We developed the solution which shows the cost of the booking request and client can decide and place the booking request immediately without any hassle.
- Web Application - Admin.
- Android App - Customer(B2C) & Shipper(B2B).
- iOS App - Customer(B2C) & Shipper(B2B).
- The Customer can start the booking by selecting item category, sub-category, enter quantity, choose pickup & destination location from Google Maps.
- Based on the weight, size, quantity the Application will suggest suitable vehicle type.
- The cost will also be determined instantly based on distance and vehicle type.
- Customers can make Online payment, then admin will assign the shipper for the booking. Once the shipper accepts the booking request then the booking is confirmed to the customer.
- Customers can track the driver after the booking is confirmed by the admin and till the delivery is done.
